The Kroger people were even able to figure out that I was overdosing g’ma on her meds when we mistakenly filled one prescription 2x’s..totally our fault and the fact they caught it and called us was awesome. But you should see your g’mas face when they yell her name out loud at Kroger…”GRRRRR..why are they talking to me?? Who told them my name..etc” Hilarious

Yeah the Publix I get prescriptions at is like that. They all know my name, and even though I sometimes have to wait for things if I get them there, I just like they way they are, so I keep using them. Here is some marketing guy who is very worth reading, and he often talks about how businesses need to foster that kind of service http://sethgodin.typepad.com/seths_blog/
